During these past couple of months of quarantine, I've been finding ways to keep shooting, even though most of my paid gigs have slowed down. Yesterday was a bit unconventional - it was chicken day! Thanks to the bustling urban chicken community in West Seattle, I was able to whip together this shoot pretty quickly. With my pop-up studio in tow, I set up shop in a neighbor's garage. The chickens took turns strutting their stuff in front of the camera before heading back to their yard. Back in my little studio, diving into post-production work became my therapy. It's amazing how lost you can get in editing, discovering ways to make each shot stand out. I found myself grinning from ear to ear as I worked on these. Hope they bring a smile to your face too!
